What sort of attachment is being used to connect the hook length and how is it done. I've tried to attach the elastic to various quick change beads but can't fathom how to tie them on. Thanks

Andy - do you think the method in the margin might have been better use of the bait? If you were on the method would you still chuck 2mils over it? Also you never showed us the elasticated rig!!!

Usual interesting Andy Findlay video which leaves you asking questions as he never gives all the info or explains the rigs properly. Question 1: How does he secure the elastic to the Main line by the feeder. I presume similar to how you attach a Dacron to the elastic ??? Question 2: On his Paste rig does he have some shot (Stots) down the line or does he depend on the actual bait (Paste) to stabilize the float ??? I wonder if we will get these questions answered ??? He basically lasso's the line to the elastic. Just make sure you check the elastic regularly for damage. He uses tungsten tubing on the base of his paste float, this provides some wait to the float almost making it self cocking.

Sir like Preston but I cannot afford a bag of pellets now I do have 13 ft monster extreme distance and cannot afford to go fishing 🤷‍♂️

If you have a Monster Extreme distance I would suggest Worms as a decent hook bait and hope for the best. Beats sitting at home feeling sorry for your self and complaining. Like the answers shown before as well.
