Magnel was the father of a graphical method, based on 4 inequations, for optimazing the prestress force, this Magnel diagram plot the possible region 2D with P in Y axis and P*e in x axis

Does bonded type post tensioning systems dont have anchors at the ends? Only the bond through grout is responsible for transmitting stresses?

Bonded post-tensioning would have anchors at the ends, so the initial stresses (prior to grouting) would be only transferred at the ends of the member where the anchors are located.

what about retaining walls, can they also be constructed by prestressed concrete?
