that house is a ripped off, the previous owner bought that in 2016 for 620K, then theybsold it for 2M and now 3M lol not even a very nice house..

That house is newly built in 2021. It was sold and the new knocked down the old house and built a new one, which is that one. That's based on the agent's story. Too bad my phone ran out of memory when I was recording what she was saying.
