I ground myself daily by going for a walk in nature, rain or shine, for at least 30 minutes. I also have a yoga routine that I cycle through daily. I try to meditate on a daily basis - I always drift off to sleep, so it's become a bedtime ritual. When I am consciously struggling to stay grounded I will go outside, barefoot and listen to meditation music until I feel a sense of calm. Thankfully I can stay away for this one 😅 ✨🙏🏻💕

It's so true, about needing to ground in order to go higher...as we are both corporal beings and spiritual beings...when we just go off and "fly into the heavens vibrationally" without grounding ourselves, we cannot be of service to humanity. I often ground myself by imagining strong roots springing out of my base or sacral chakra and them traveling deep down into the center of the earth and wrap around the red center core of earth like a lasso. Then it tightens and ANCHORS me so strongly that I feel it in my whole being. Then I run Gaia/Earth energy up the roots into my base chakra and up into my heart chakra...while at the same time I open my crown chakra and call in the white unconditional loving light of Source/God into my body through the crown and then down into my heart chakra where it meets Earth energy, swirls into a beautiful blended energy of high vibrational spiritual energy and grounded earth energy. From the heartspace this balanced energy flows out of my hands in rainbow light out into the world to help others heal and raise their own vibration. In this way, we as both human and soul beings can be the true extension of Source/God here on Earth.
