Hi there. I'm Alberto. Feel free to ask me any questions about what I talked about in this video.

Hi Alberto. Can you explain a bit about knowing when enough data is enough? From your pretotyping experiment with the deliciousdecibels I think you said you got 50 people who contacted you which wouldn't be enough evidence presumably to validate market viability? Is skin in the game data all you use to validate? I would have thought that things like quantifying the severity of customer problems, long term technology trends, surveying customers about areas they're budgeting for next year in B2B contexts etc - although not skin in the game data, helps narrow down market interest? Many thanks,

@@delatroy I have a series of videos on KZbin called The Math of Success in which I explain the criteria for deciding when you have enough data. And, yes, Skin In The Game is NECESSARY for proper idea validation. > " .... severity of customer problems, long term technology trends, surveying ..." These can be valuable during idea generation, idea exploration, but unpredictable and possibly dangerously misleading during validation. One ounce of Your Own DAta > a ton of such OPD (Other People's Data). I hope this helps!
