i like how direct ashley was in this with Amy, no sugar coating and completely didn't back down from her point i just wish, wish, WISH she was like this with Kim Kardashian. like she really spent the whole time kind of kissing ass that i didn't really learn nothing new about Kim in that interview. It was just annoying because I knew ashley had more journalistic integrity... like she could have brought a lot about body image out too Kim, who spent whole interview talking about how she was so skinny now. she kept giving Kim credit for breaking barriers and you could just tell Kim did not want to be associated with it anymore

Who cares who she's interviewing. I saw this model on CBS This Morning years ago and would watch any video with her in it. She's representing for the women who have some meat on their bones. I'm so tired of watching the news, commercials, movies, tv shows etc & seeing women weighing 115 lbs. The entertainment industry has to start showing more love to plus size queens. & dark skinned women too, but that's a whole 'nother topic. I guess we'll make 1 major change in society and culture in 20 year increments. 🤔

Great advice from Amy about we all die! It is so important to fight for women and people of colour. Fashion has a massive part to play in this. Most of the big brands that are so cheap e.g. Zara for $40 get there close made in factories in third world countries were people work in terrible conditions and are not receiving liveable wages. 85% of these workers a women. To truly support and fight for women and people of colour we can no longer support these brands! or ensure they start paying fair wages and their workers are safe!!

I don't count my calories or my carbs. I eat when I want, and I eat primarily healthy. Who cares about calories, it's not sustainable to keep that up. Keto what? I just eat %2 processed food and the rest is fresh. I am 5'3 and between a size 2 and a size 4 any given day. I am also 31 and have birthed one child. People need to eat more healthier to stay healthier and happier. Stop eating crap and you will feel good.
