Brimstone is very interesting, you were just plowing through the entire run and then you hit the final bosses which were immensely more difficult with it. Runs with charons are super fun.

You strike against laga instead of pommel and it's at 20. -2 strength says bash does 6 and feed+ does 15 w/ vuln (12-2 is 10, x1.5 is 15)

You’d think someone new at the game wouldn’t like watcher and defect, but climbing the ascensions, I’m at 15 with watcher, 12 with defect, 4 with silent and 1 with clad. Never got a heart ko with clad either

That's what's up man, mechanically defect and watcher are more complicated than clad and silent so I believe that bodes well for you once you switch your focus to them

Defect surprises me, but not Watcher. It's by far the easiest to beat A20 with.

@nathanharris8896 for me its the easiest to get to the heart not the easiest to beat the heart unless you're infinite. The easiest character to beat the heart is clad. But obviously we all play differently I'm sure to some degree.

Baalorlord has said before that alchemize is one of the strongest cards in the game, but then surely white beast statue should also be one of the most powerful relics? It's a free alcgemize every combat.

It's interesting you say ironclad is the easiest to climb ascensions with. With the other three I climbed to A20 and beat the heart with success, but ironclad was always the one I couldn't ever get right.
