Hanna always seemed to downplay her intelligence. Mona was the one who actually called her out on it. And I think her SAT score proved it. Plus, she also got into more colleges than Spencer. In terms of motive, she seemed to have been the one who was bullied most by Alison. She could definitely be A.

Either the cameras are different or the colour grade has less blue in the mix because at 2:28 ish the green screen by Lucy is a more intense green as is they're make up

They seemed super close in interviews after the show wrapped up. I'd like to hope they are still good friends. I read that Shay wants to have a viewing party at her place with the original PLL cast to watch the first episode of "The Perfectionists" and said in an interview she 100 percent supports the show. It's nice that they still support each other.

Honestly I think Hanna would be the most likely to be A. Spencer would come in a close second, almost a tie, but Hanna has a cover story literally written into her personality. As the "dumb blonde" nobody would ever think she was A. She also has motivation:anger at the girls for not standing up to Alison, anger at Alison for bullying her, etc.
