I never heard of this young lady but u can tell when someone is crying for help and feel like no one and I mean no one can understand ur pain. She’s so knowledgeable about her depression and speaks on her feelings and tbh it’s a lot of us that’s really battling this journey. I fw her and her craft. Someone should tell her that therapy is not about telling you how to feel. And you can be specific in which type of therapist you ask for. I recovered from depression. It may still come back at times in different forms, but it’s more manageable now that I have a better understanding on what’s going on internally thanks to therapy.
