I love the general atmosphere of the outside, but those rooms are way too big to heat ! It looks as tho they have kept all the doors, but likely stripped off or covered up any paneling that was part of those rooms originally. It could be gorgeous, but I think since the roms are so plain they look out of charcter with the structure. Love those graceful stairs tho - always a fan of the dainty Georgian stairs !

That certainly is not bad. With any work needing to be done, They can borrow enough to do it, and it would be included in loan to fix it as they please. But one could also live there for a long time, or forever as it is, totally up to them, of course! But usually homes wil need repairs and yes heat wlil cost maybe alot, and taxes. Just need to be aware and know about how much and be ready fnancially.
