Me too!!! As an asian I feel so included for once. I used to always feel internalized racism because of how it was white and black only on the television and when TATBILB came out I felt over the moon that we were the love interest for once. I also used to do acting and all of the roles wanted white descent so I would find slim to none jobs. Big up to the casting directors.

Bad situations never last forever and if you really love her and you see a future with her then hell yeah keep fighting for her but at the same time don’t pressure her or put her in a position that she needs to make a decision by tomorrow . Eventually she’ll come out of that bad situation and things will fall into place . You both need to move on your own rhythm if that makes sense . These types of things shouldn’t be forced but sometimes it does need a little help
