Your curls are beautiful. The eggs 🥚 here in Texas are $6.99 for a dozen. The rug reminded me of my sister. She would come to my house late and wanted to know what I had to eat. I’m in Michigan, we just passed a law that has specific requirement for how laying chickens are kept. I think it’s closed to cage free or free range maybe. Ours our about $5.50 a dozen.

Grade A large eggs are $4.89 doz at Meijer. Our prices were affected a bit by a state law that made egg producers go "cage free". Fortunately, most of the stores I shop were already employing cage free, so they probably won't raise prices too much.

It was strange....today at Trader Joe's, the regular large eggs were $7.49 a dozen, but the cage free were only $3.49 with a limit of two dozen. No idea why there was such a price difference, but I was happy to get the cage free.
