Story 1: bro need to get over it. It’s been years since this happen and honestly, I can’t see his reason for acting this way. Was he also in love with his best friend? If not, does he feel excluded now that you both have fallen in love? I mean, regardless of the issue, it’s been a long time and this is not worth missing out on your niece/nephews life. He should either give a valid reason for acting this way, or get over it.
