Stop you 'bunk' corrosion by removing what looks like carpet then install polyurethane bunks.

Keep up the great videos. I replaced the surge actuator(UFP A-60 Tandem Axle) and the calipers(Brake Caliper Assembly DB 35) on my boat trailer about a year ago. If you guys want the replaced Actuator and Calipers to have let me know. I did not want to just throw them away as I know they can be rebuilt. Just need to get them from Canby to Florence.

I have one of those painted steel boat trailers. New to me, but born in 1994. How do I know if it's rusting from the inside, and how do I protect the inside if it's not too far gone? BTW, how did you get your eyes to match your shirt? :-)

So they don't inhibit rust at all 🤣🤣🤣 Wouldnt the best piece of advice be to remove the rusted parts, clean, soak and remove the rust see what the real damage is than re seal with a bed liner or some type of shark hide and actually paint the pieces correctly with a rust inhibitor paint than seal with some clear. You have enough money for a boat than you should have the 30-60 minutes to work on your trailer for the safety of everyone around you if you dont care about yourself

Simple answer. Don't fish in salt water. Or buy a real trailer that is made for salt water immersion.
