What about if you take a small Caravan with you, as a breakroom.. ?! Wouldn't it be nice to have a coworker, helping to put branches away or something else.. ?! And after work you have certainly check, clean and prepare all tools for the next process place.. ! And you need fresh clothes all time. You can only do a good job if you feel comfortable (...) ! On the rest of the day, a shower, a nice meal and relax in front of the fire place in the living room. Then having nice sleep a few hours and get a good coffee in the morning 😊 I know, I could write fairytale books, lol 😂Vivian Hyde 😊

Looks like a Stalpen, but I'm mostly just guessing. Woops, I was looking at the jack. The chain winch is what we call a "come-along", but I couldn't make out any details, except that it's a pretty serious one.

After you cut the notch, you always shave the sides. That is never taught in the UK. Why do you do it ? Is it so that you can see the edges of the notch more clearly? Or is it for some other reason ?

I'd say he does it so he can see the apex of the gob more clearly and the distance between it and the back cut. It makes sense in trees with thick furrowed bark with moss and ivy, 👍💪🪓🌲🇮🇪🇮🇪
