You'd benefit from employing some skepticism - which is what I thought scientists were supposed to have by nature. I personally don't listen to any client change advocate who doesn't talk about what China/India and the largest polluters should do to stop their emissions. It's also funny you refer to the fossil fuel producers as "corporations" or "industries" and the electric producers and "companies". Let's not pretend that these so-called green energy producers don't have a powerful lobby and have a massive profit motive. In reality, people will listen and change when alternatives are actually viable. It also doesn't help that elites continue to fly private planes, eat meat, and buy beachfront mansions. But they expect you little people to stop traveling and eating meat. It's no wonder people aren't rushing to change.
