Very few videos get a preemptive thumbs up before the video starts playing. Firas and Karel in the same room is absolutely one of them.

This should easily be worth more than $100. Thanks for sharing world class technique videos for free, your channel is the khan academy equivalent of mma! Hope I get a chance to visit Tristar one day.

what was so beautiful about sitting back and watching this was that not only did they FLOW off of eachother & talk about the further options to one coach's technique - from the other's perspective. but firas when learning this shit does so well at explaining what hes not understanding about fox's techniques

Just wanted to say thanks. 2 months ago I watched a video of an interview you did on Joe Rogan about training where you said it's best to work out frequently and with light weights at about 60%. I just wrapped up 2 months today and the gains are unbelievable. I'm never sore and I just keep growing. I've never felt better in all the years of training I've done. It seemed crazy at first but after getting the results I've gotten I'm never changing my training again. Thank you so very much, you changed my life, Firas.

Why I love karel silver fox, it's because his Jiu-Jitsu is 100% based upon reaction ,which is the same training my teacher, Shihan Dunn(gene) taught me. nothing is definite until you can read the reaction, and many of the moves that he use are basic, but very powerful because he transitions it, based upon the person's reaction. so he turns one move into Infinite moves, just based upon which way the opponent reacts. some of the best stuff I've seen ,karel Silver Fox,and Chris Haueter!!

I had a guy do that to me in a tournament. He won the takedown, I pulled guard around him, stuck his butt in the air, pressed all his weight down on me, and stalled for the rest of the match. It was lame but these are some good techniques to prevent that from happening again. Also every time I opened my guard his coach would yell to him what I was doing lol.
