The top 3 players in Spain game is Aitana, Mariona & Hermoso. Then the rest follows. Mariona against Alozie will be very tough she will need to a big time support from our Winger and CDM to help drop deep as she’s very good at breaking low blocks, very intelligent, her movement are also dangerous we really need to watch out for her. Spain can be beaten on a quick counter attack/ Turn over as they tends to get their fullbacks very high too. They find it difficult to deal with crosses into their Box… Ajibade vs any of their fullbacks or CB, Spain is going to find it difficult defending against her because of her Athleticism, Ajibade is Stronger, faster than all their Defenders.. Their best CB Mapi Leon who isn’t with the team can’t even defend against Ajibade. Rash made Aitana take red card sometime ago in a Barca vs Atletico game..

Watch out for the Japanese no.15 & no.14. They’re very dangerous and can hurt the SuperFalcons if they don’t mark them out. That Hesagawa of Man City plays deep in the Midfield as a CDM. If she isn’t given the space to spray passes, Japan game will be disrupted.

Winning philosophy for Nigeria: 1. Discipline Ucheibe, Abiodun, and Okeke. I hope these three have matured. They must avoid careless fouls and passes in our final third. 2. Patience in attack Ohale, Alozie, and Demehin must not play unnecessary long balls. Payne and Ajibade should pace themselves. It's better to reset the attack than to turn over the ball. 3. Teamwork Oshoala and Kanu (when they play) must play like the leaders we expect them to be. The goals will come when they put the team ahead of themselves. 4. Pressure defense Nigerians, male or female, are not good at low-block defense. We need to fight to recover the ball as soon as it is lost.

Yes, Spain is the reigning World champions but this is Olympics and they would realize it's a different ball game. If we had met them in the World cup, we would have had the better of them. In the Olympics, our game would be like a local derby because we have most of our girls who played in the Spanish league. We win or draw against Spain

We no longer have the Luxury of Speedy Wingers anymore, back in the days when Nigerian forwards are known for their pace & power( Athleticism) .. No more Flying Wingers Stella Mbachu, Chiichii Igbo, Ifeanyi Chiejene, Fransisca Ordega & Asisat Oshoala past her prime already.. Rasheedat Ajibade is the only consistent Winger we have right now, the falcon coach really need to sort out that aspect, get us those speedy, strong wingers that can do opposing fullback dirty.. Kanu and the rest ain’t consistent at all, always On & Off..

Brazil is weak at the back their goalkeeper isn’t at Nnadozie level, Their CB’ Terciena who’s Alozie teammate at Houston Dash is very physical and good in the Air, but can be caught off guard in term of pace as she’s slow to react and tends to be erratic when put under pressure. Ajibade will be very effective in that game to draw their wing back off position.. Ihezuo or Macleans should start at No.9 as the Brazilian CB’s are very Strong too..

I feel our forwards will do the job but the defense will need full attention to understand and read the game one error can cost the whole tournament not just a game

Coach Randy should go get some info from the Sweden National Team Coach on how to beat the Japanese side, they’re very solid but can be outmuscled and outpaced if done cleanly. Beating Japan is even more easier than Spain.
