This is not in Islamabad. This is in the filth of Rawalpindi. This property is not under capital development authority. This company is paying Islamabad to use its name only as an advertisement. Go to Rawalpindi you’re gonna see all the filth that comes with it and the smell my question is why would I wanna buy expensive and I have to look at all the filth before reaching to the house outside of the house matters to not only inside

I have couple of comments. This house doesn’t give you the feeling of a house .It looks like you are walking around in a hotel. The color scheme in house is too dark in kitchen area not bright color. With all these big Schindlers it gives you the feeling of a 5 star hotel not a cozy house. Your front lawn needs sprinkle system At the front door entrance put side railing so older people can enter the house by holding to the railing ,otherwise someone can get hurt I think this hotel style house should be used as a hotel not as a house. Please forgive me after living in USA for 52 years my felling about a house is different.Good luck.
