We bought one in 2008 for my mother in law, right now she is not able to walk so my mother, who just turned 92 and stopped using her car is gonna use it, we have bought new batteries and she is gonna love riding in it I know for sure.

I bought this scooter here in England and unboxed it and assembled it with no problems.I found it easy and didn't really have to look at the instructions.However watching your video I have found out about the tiller lock.....I had no idea about it.I have been using elastic straps to hold the tiller in place during transporting.So,after watching your video I got the instructions out.The instructions mention the tiller lock in the diagram which points out the various parts but it doesn't explain anywhere in the rest of the instructions what it actually does.Thank you for showing that in your video,it means that I don't need the straps.Keep up the good work.

This scooter does not fold. It disassembles into the pieces as shown. There are scooters that fold electrically or manually but they are too heavy , folded or unfolded, for most people to lift and place in a car in one piece. I have used the 3 wheel version of this scooter for many years and plan to buy a new one when it finally wears out. I think that this scooter is the best of the best.

Once the pin is broken, you can't fix it. The charging port might be fixable but you would need a skilled tech for that. It might be near impossible to remove the pin that broke off in the port. Easier to replace the port.

Is there a way to move the actual seat back? My dad has trouble getting his feet off of it and onto the ground when getting up. I see where to be able to move the seat to turn it but I dont see how to move the seat back an inch or two. Thank you.

Not with this model, the GOGO series doesn't feature seats with depth adjustment. You maybe want to look into the victory 10.2 which we just made a video for recently.

I'm not sure, if you have this model and you take the seat off, the battery box should be easily accessible to take out.

It always wobbles slightly, that is normal for the Go Go Scooters.

There are pieces of Velcro on the bottom of the battery and the cradle where the battery sits. Other than that, gravity. For the most part you don't need to worry about the battery box flying off unless you have it on a lift or a trailer and you're going fast over bumps.

Friend as a Go Go that FOLDS/COLLAPSES to put n plane or train. It would be nice if the video included how to fold the device. Otherwise, great video. Disassembling/assembling to board train or plane is NOT practical; folding is -- one part and done.

Technically yes, but it will void your warranty if you do. It's a very simple buzzer module that has 2 wires.

I got my scooter {the ew 34]and can't pull up on the yellow lever to get the scooter apart. It isn't as easy as they make it look. I tried with all the strength I have and it won't budge.

It's a little tricky ! I've had mine for 3 yrs. Now & I have to wiggle it in place sometimes, but since it has to fit really tight together, & that motor & batteries are heavy & require two hands ! I've loved my scooter so much, I'm so happy I got it ! It comes in handy & it fits in my big trunk (Lincoln Town Car) with space to spear ! It'll last forever ! I put a big basket on the front for my teacup Dogs & a 13 lb. Dog rides on my lap !
