I love invincible & this song. Sort of matches the tone of this part of the show. Omni Man has essentially " pride " in his own race, which conquers and enslaves other species. Omni Man settled down and had a beautiful family. However, he chose his responsibility to the viltrumites over the genuine love he has for his family. At the end of the day, Omni Man valued his prideful nature towards his home planet. Still, that became his downfall once he decided to leave Earth out of shame for not only all that he's done but how he hurt his son in the process. Omni Man is ashamed of himself, feeling bad for what he had to do.
