Only one port for charging?

Yes only 1 charging port. No need for more than 1 charging port since the unit can only be charged by 1 charger at a time.

@@Marcsmobility I've been having some trouble w/mine as she refuses to take a charge. If there was a second port, I could test if the port was the problem. Problem is intermittent but seems to be getting worse. Thanks for the reply.

Could be your charger and not the charging port. Check your charger after about an hour of it being plugged in and charging. If the charger is warm to the touch, it is charging the batteries. If it isn't warm, it is not charging the batteries so that's an easy check over the next few charging cycles to see if its the charger or not. You can also test the voltage of the charger and the charging port on the scooter by using a volt meter and see what available voltage there is at the port and the 2 prongs on the charger.
