Thank you so much for this great summary video of the origins of Pride Month and also including Thailand's lgbt+ origins. Hope to see a more in depth video on how lgbt+ awareness and acceptance came to be in Thailand and what the current laws are as it seems that same sex marriage hasn't been legalised hence many lgbt+ couples don't have the same rights as straight couples. Hopefully things do change for the better for lgbt+ people in Thailand. Also, Happy Pride Month ^_^

Hi from Australia. I am not from 🏳️🌈, but l am a supporter for equality of gender love. If you want to know, about the law in Thailand regarding 🏳️🌈 you just can type in LGBTQ LAWS and you find all of it. That’s what l did. Since 2021 They have an almost written equality law, but have not finalised it yet, have not made it LAW.

@@judykraska400 Hi Judy, I'm from Australia too. I have heard about this law but didn't know what it was called so thanks for the info, much appreciated. Thanks for being a supporter and ally too. ^^

Fortunately, Thailand accepts the open mind for LGBTQ+ But for other countries, there are still old ideas that are not accepted. I hope that in the future they will have better ideas and more openness.
เรียกว่าเป็น queer ก็ได้นะคะเพราะมันคือเราเป็นอะไรก็ได้ที่อยากเป็นเหมือนเป็น umbella term หรือเป็น gender fluids ก็ได้ค่ะเป็นได้ทั้งชายทั้งหญิงหรือได้หลายๆอย่างเช่นกันหรือลองศึกษากรณีของ sam smith ที่เป็น non binary และเรียกเขาว่า they/them แทน he/him ค่ะ
