The issue is that there are multiple other people in the shop that might not want to get filmed, and those people could easily leave rather than spending their own 5-10-15k+. I know if I was shopping for a watch and saw someone making a KZbin video in the store, I'd find somewhere else to go look that day

They could have been filming, I wouldn't know... I was there to compare the black dial to the blue dials and ended up with the chrome version. If you would pass on a watch you wanted because of what other people are doing in public then that says a lot about you.... it's a watch... It isn't that serious.

It's partly security and part privacy. Imagine you're caught on film buying jewellery or a watch for another woman who isn't your partner. Or seen buying a very expensive watch, you're then a target for thieves. It does suck though, they should accommodate by giving them a private area to film in especially when they're spending a lot of money.
