Call me old fashioned but I absolutely love this art style. If you haven’t played katana zero check it out. Absolutely amazing game.

The jump arc & animation for those little critters looks very similar to similar animations in Jurassic Park for the Genesis/Mega Drive. I think it's pretty likely that they may have been used as an inspiration or base for it (not that it's a bad thing, just something noteworthy). Game itself looks pretty good though, even if not my kind of game (I'm not a fan some of the survival mechanics).
