Sorry i missed the live lecture, i enjoyed watching it back. In 1997 I was diagnosed with celiac disease, I was near death, because of that diagnose and not much help back then I went back to school to become a NDTR, Nutrition Dietetic Technician registered, and am still registered now 23 years. I worked in a hospital with diabetics and heart surgery patients but now want to turn my focus to healing and preventative. Recently I experienced high blood sugar despite being a normal weight, due to this I am almost carnivore. I find with my degree most people do not understand what my credentials mean, this program spells it out to people and I feel will help me find more client to help. I will be taking the Functional Therapeutic Diets Specialist
