sp from quests is not negligable early on, the quick turn ins make it really ez to farm. turn in all quests u have materials for, sleep, go again. very very good to do early on.

Yeah, quest SP is so easy and farmable that even if it doesn't give much per quest, it's still great. Plus there's other benefits to doing quests.

Me farming SP like a mad man. Just finished the second dungeon and already have everything he says you can get after the third dungeon

Early game board requests aren't too bad. 50 SP per request ain't bad.

Funny thing is that before I saw this vid, I was already focusing on unlocking the gathering tools first for the very same reason

same here. I was basically doing a blind playthrough, without any guides. Not only the gathering tools first is the same, but most of the progression I have done as well.

I'm at the point of mana lantern at lvl 40ish not sure if I'm overleveled not even the mount boss took too long. I do also have them with dielectric and wind Edge on most characters too

mixed, i think they're abit expensive to unlock and for a first time player your really not going to make the most out of them but for 2nd runs ect they are very very broken once you know how to abuse them. Skill tree is nice, but needs fleshing out more imo

is there a way to increase size of basket out in the field? Everytime I am heading to a dungeon I end up having to go back cause I can't harvest anything because basket is full. Also I hink I may have to restart game now based on this I think I have mismanaged my skills pretty badly.

no, not in ryza 2 there isnt. also dont worry you dont have to restart the game, it just means your not as "efficient" with your current skill tree, but for a first playthrough its not the end of the world (and certiantly not worth restarting over)

Are you planning to do 999 quality guide? Is it the same as Ryza 1?

Probably not because its pretty much impossible NOT to end up on 999 quality now, in previous games if you used an item with lower quality in the synthesis it would lower the finished products quality, this is not the case in Ryza 2. Simply adding an item regardless of its quality will increase the finished result, its 100% impossible to "lose" quality

Synthesizing items, doing quests at the Cafe and/or people in the city you come across and exploring and completing ruins. As you get the SP boosters (10%, 20%, 30%), you get more and more. Axe, Scythe and Bomb Rod means more and different items you get out in the field.
