This is the one I use all the time for my commission painting and its the same one I used the paint the Ultramarines Captain in the video. Blood Angels coming soon. I'll be painting a Primaris Captain and a Redemptor Dreadnought in Blood Angels colors. I'll also be doing a dirtier scheme as I don't like the clean look. No worries, I'll help however I can. I recommend this one as it has a moisture filter and a regulator built in but I'm sure you can find a cheaper one that's comparable. If I may ask what paint do you use for the cape and red ropes.

For the cape I left it off and glued it on at the end using Vallejo Model air White Grey for the nice crisp white with a little Vallejo Model Air Wood to give it a little depth. For the red cloth just search my channel for easy space marine capes. I did a tutorial on them.
