Hi, I work for Primark 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 on tills. Great video! But that girl at the check out is giving you wrong info, she probably just can't be arsed taking the hangers out tbh. This IS NOT Primarks policy. Its always the customers choice if they want the hangers or not. Can you please correct this in your next Primark Haul video because you have over 50k subscribers and they'll listen to you 😊

To be fair Primark are trying really hard with sustainability right now and the quality has greatly improved..also the homeware is amazing for the price compared to other stores , I personally don't mind paying a bit extra when it pays off in the long term...love your description of everything..
