Thank-you J.P. I Love all of these songs and your playing is remarkable. My name is Keith and I am 53. I live in the North Carolina and about a year ago I bought a couple of Recording King guitars with the intention of learning guitar. I know, I know that is pretty old for a beginner; right?? Lol Well, a couple months after starting, I got very sick and was diagnosed with a very rare form of cancer so I had to stop learning. I am stage 4 and was only given about a 30 precent chance to be alive by this July. I am doing much better now and the cancer is responding to my chemo. Jesus and been far better to me than I deserve and I am thankful! I just want you to know that I love your channel and am thankful for you and your musical gifts and playing. There were many many nights early on when I was very sick and in pain and couldn't sleep because of that, I would watch your channel and it helped me make it through those hard nights. Your music would bring me comfort and help me at least fall to sleep for an hour or so on those nights. I was wondering, do you currently have an album with these collection of songs on it and if so, what is its title. I would like to look it up online and buy it. Thank-you so much brother for your channel and the time you take to post content. I know that it takes a lot of time and effort but, I truly appreciate it! Hopefully, soon I will beat this cancer and can get back to trying to learn to play the guitar again. May GOD Bless and keep you and your family all the days of your lives!! Thanks again for sharing your talent and wisdom and making the world a little brighter place with your music. Sincerely, Keith

You don't read things this moving very often. I hope you are still doing well and able to play guitar. I have been playing a long while but am an ''ad hoc'' learner you might say...I have found Sean Daniels' short teaching videos and tips enjoyable. Quite a light disposition he has, and not too heavy on theory. Might be worth a look. Wishing you all the best.

I had 17 mixed oldies and vintage In 2020 I seen your review on recording kings and I ordered a RD 328 on your high praise wonderful guitar better sounding every day trying to learn all over for the second time in my life this time do to a brain bleed during and operation. Sever lose of eye site and memory But still the most comforting thing in my life Then you introduced the Boucher and then I seen you play Gordon (12string ) and of course started dreaming of the day started saving right away it will take ten years lol Well the lord has seen fit to teach me to not Covid what others have and to be satisfied and appreciate what I have Saturday afternoon March 19th had a fire and lost everything and then to find out that by total accident insurance had not been being paid by those that are helping me to survive So I guess I need to ask God to help me understand Sorry for dumping but want you to know how you inspire and how wonderful it is to be able share your music Such a gift the technology of today has become God speed and God bless

How long had your insurance not been paid? Under Canadian law, if you had a long standing policy, but forget to pay, they must still cover you. They have to warn you in writing, that your insurance coverage is ending because of non-payment. Otherwise, they still must pay, that's already been proven in Canadian court. Unless you notified them that you no longer want insurance coverage, then you're still covered. The precedent has already been set. Talk to a lawyer, it may not be too late to make them pay.

This is phenomenal, J.P.! Man, I wish you lived a bit closer to Michigan...I could use a few lessons, for sure! Awesome tunes...Thanks! You spoke of Winfield, Kansas. In 1977 I was blessed to be able to buy a 1975 S.L. Mossman 'Great Plains' Dreadnought, hand built right there in Winfield. It needs a bit of work by a good luthier right now, but she is worth the money to have the restoration done. Again, thanks so much for this amazing concert!

I am a big fan of Yamaha guitars, but have mostly had models such as the FG 700 and the FG 830....I have owned more than one FG 850 and like them best of the Yamaha's I've owned, but I did own one all-solid-wood acoustic and it was a Washburn with an all mahogany body...Now, that's one guitar that had a deep mellow sound I liked, but I was getting wishy-washy about continuing to play music and sold it. It did have a slight credit card thin gap between the back of the bridge and the top of the guitar...but it had a full warranty and didn't appear to be under any immediate danger of needing to be sent back for repair. I really regretted selling that instrument. And I don't even know what the model of the guitar was. If I did, I'd probably buy another one of those sometime coming up. DANG, that thing had a good mellow sound.
