Sir firstly you said that you considering small length to get rid of transit time effect but you considering inductance also due to high frequency.And you also told that at high frequency transit time will be considered..so I am confused somewhere it is to get rid of Transit time and somewhere we are considering it..

Because transmission lines are composed by conductors, which are exposed to induction and magnetic fields and these transmission lines are working with HF, so it generates a magnetic flux. I guess.

There is nothing ideal in this real world.. every wire has its own inductance and capacitance , and in low freq these values are negligible,so we usually skip this part but at high frequencies they play an imp role.. (inductance is directly proportional to frequency and we are in tens of GHz )
