I was former USN and good to see a instructor that explains not only the how but the WHY, rather than...”That’s the way we have always done it! You should be a instructor at the instructor school and teach the next generation, You definitely are motivated to get them to learn and also passionate about teaching and flying without having the egotistical “Big Head” Syndrome....Keep then up!

Scott, excellent video, however please look up a current GP. They changed the way we do delays now. It should be, “r kvad 0+30 klsf”. Also. If you look in the new GP, all airports should have the country code ie Klsf with the K representing continental United States.
