If Vigne, who hasn't a shred of evil in her, and Santania, who really doesn't know how to be evil, are any indication, there are either actually no evil Demons in Hell or lack thereof. We've seen Angels who live up to their reputation and those like Raphi who have their own issues, but from what I can remember, anyway, we haven't seen a single bad Demon, not even Vigne and Satania's families. Even if Demons in this anime are supposed to lean more towards people with bad manners and the behavior of a delinquent, my point still stands
