I wish that were true! I am librarian working in a public library system. Libraries these days (pre-covid) are rather busy and noisy places! At present due to Covid, the public cannot come in to the building. They can put holds on books using their computers. But we check the books out for them and let them make an appointment to pick them up outside the buildings. I can't wait until patrons can come back in. When they do, I will whisper from now on! I love these library role plays. This is the way libraries used to be.

This was wonderful! Some of the first ASMR i ever experienced (without knowing it) was the library. The librarian sorting the books I just picked out. The plastic protective coverings crinkling. This came so close to my childhood memories. You are such a great creator, your videos are always well put together and I appreciate you.

Lots of page turning (with a variety of different types of books so there are different types of page sounds throughout), writing and typing sounds! You know I love that as those are most of my favorite trigger sounds in one video! :) The library atmosphere makes for a cozy setting. This is a really nice video and it reminds me of some of my early favorite videos of yours. That's a great thing! This is one of the best ASMR videos out there. And the way it ends with the turning of the pages in that big book... So good. I like to play that part back a few times if I'm not already sleeping, because the tingles on the top of my head go through the roof, and they a great way to end things.

The making process of this video must have been heaven to you Prim, page turning and typing are your favorite triggers! If I went to a library and you were the librarian I would be asleep before I give you the books. The careful and gentle way how you carry the books is what makes this video, and your whispering is a cherry on the top! I remember that sweater from the twin video. I had old school keyboards like that in high school, and we were still using Windows XP in 2014. This video also brings back memories on how I never returned a few Donald Duck comic books to my elementary school's library, lol.

Very realistic and relaxing roleplay, thank you, Prim! You'd be a terrific librarian, given how well you speak of books and how much you love them!! I don't know if it's possible to be a librarian and a writer at the same time... although I heard stories about students selling books as a part time job, or even people that had been doing this job full time for several years, that then became writers themselves! I guess reading a lot is key to become a good writer, so this is probably not so surprising, after all. Some others even started as a writer, before founding their own publishing house, which is of course equally exciting. So many possibilities in life for someone passionate and courageous like you, Prim...

Prim, Your roleplay as a librarian is well acted. A library is a quiet place, and your softly spoken voice would be perfect for that environment. I like the sound of the typing. It has a nice rhythm. I like the page turning sounds which are relaxing. I like the message on the cup on the shelf. You have a very good variety of books on the shelf as well as the books you are handling. Those Gus The Ghost books are so cool. I have only one, the friendly Ghost. There are some interesting ghostly type books you have available. I heard you speak the word Spooky so now that makes it an official October video. lol The string of lights in the background adds a nice ambiance. This is another relaxing experience.

I just love this video 👏. I don't know how many times I watched, listened to this. It is my favourite librarian video because it is unique especially with the spooky themed books for all ages. I am a fan of R.L Stine stories. I would watch watch watch, if you did more librarian roleplays with more spooky books from all around the world. They can be thick graphic novels. My favourite word from this video is "Lagoon" when you are saying "Black Lagoon" 🧟‍♀️

An hour of my favorite kind of video 😍☺️😴 Loved it! The Goosebumps and the Black Lagoon book were super crinkly and tingly. 👌🏻 Side note: I only just recently watched the I Know What You Did Last Summer movies and they’ve definitely become a favorite of mine. It would be awesome if you could do a video reading a Goosebumps book, like a mini series. I loved those as a kid. If that would be too long, perhaps like the Berenstain Bears book or anything shorter like that. That would be cute and nostalgic.

Have you ever finished reading "The Shining" yet and started (& finished) "Doctor Sleep"? 🤔 Anyway, I loved all the tremendously tingly page turning sounds and the tapping, rubbing, typing, clicking, counting and of course your sweet soothing voice... Will you be doing another librarian video like this? I absolutely love this one, but I can't listen to it with my headphones because it has a sort of droning sound in the background. I still listen to it, but just without the earphones and I would love one that I can listen to with them on. Also, if anybody can share a link to another video like this that she already has, I would appreciate it. I don't know how to search someone's library on KZbin. This is good Prim...but if you do another try book handling with cellophane book covers, this works really well (see softlygaloshes bedtime story), also long nails for cover tapping. Perhaps it could be a book exploration (someone looking for a book but doesn't know what) or book readings. Up to you :)
