I disagree with PM Imran Khan even thou I am his fan. *Those who wants to rape they will rape regardless of the dressings. Kids do not dress provocative yet they do not forgive them. *The past generation, who were adult in Zia era did not see much of women in Pakistan so now they get excited even when they see a shadow of a woman. * New Generation in Pakistan has access to resources, material or ways, (for those who are not confined to religion). Thus they have a way of dealing with biological urges. * Society in Pakistan blames women only when it should fall on men also. How many teachers or parents teach kids to respect women. * Imran Khan thinks from his radical wife these days, not every one in Pakistan is religious. * In West I see women half naked all the time yet men do not give second look but only those new from Asia lock their eyes like a heat seeking Missile. * In West they have see women all the time, they are educated to be respectful. Rapes exist in West but there are Muslim countries who are higher than E.U. * If dressing moderately would prevent rapes than there would be none in Iran and Saudi Arabia

I often look at men just to observe their reaction but most do not even give second look, unless its desi dude or even desi women, what is up with that?. Our men need to evolve beyond their biological urges. Those who are not confined to religion or manners must be given ways to deal with them. I heard Pakistan has banned access to adult websites. I think for those who cannot tame (control) their urges should have something so they would not go out and ruin lives of people. Not everyone can be control, else Saudi Arabia and Iran would be perfect in this regard. Even at the cost of death rapes, homosexuality, child abuse and other such still exist. Matter of fact in Saudi Arabia Homosexuality is quite common but invisible.

HBO should be sued for circulating subject interview after auditing to their wish and including part which was added after interview was finished as they did not closed the recording, which is totally against SOPs of international standards. Government should take very strict stance and action. This all seems to be done with intentions to make the interview controversial. My apologies if it was not entirely PTV, but you can check many of the recent past recordings by PTV of PM's speeches and interviews where the sound and camera quality were very low. So if it was PM's office who recorded the interview then i would say to them "NOT GOOD", i mean you could record this interview BETTER with a simple smart phone and a dedicated MIC with noise reduction. (it's 2021 and they don't have a simple recording setup for PM's office)

They edited out some of the topics completely (eg relation with India/RSS), poverty and the full, more nuanced answer on sexual violence - they just want to make it look like he's 100% blaming rape on clothing.
