Hard to argue against that. At his peak he was unstoppable. Its a shame injuries blighted his career, but he still managed to achieve so much despite missing so many years out. Voted Fifa world player of the year three times and winning two Ballon D’ors despite the setbacks.

sort of. he had the best peak, and the most talent. But injuries killed his career. I was kid when Ronaldo was unstoppable. Every dribble he did people copied at the football training the day after, and he made it look like he was playing against children. He was so popular people even did his stupid hair cut :D. He is probably the best player ever. But anyone tends romanticize their own era. Maradona is the best for people a bit older than me. It's hard to compare era's but Ronaldo is definitely up there, and he is my favorite, and one of the reasons I played football.
