Well I did read an awesome blog about saying no to coding interviews. So while I agree this guy did a good job explaining his process, I think the better path to take is just say NO! when told you will need to do a coding challenge. That's it. all you got to do is just say NO.

Bit of nuance I'll add is that this is only the case when you can afford to turn down 95% of all decent jobs. It really is a weird "secret handshake" that everyone agrees is bad, but we do it anyway because evolution in job hunting is VERY slow!
