It's amazing how one cream works for one person but not another. The only thing that got rid of my eczema was a clean diet. Also, before I took a shower in the morning I applied coconut oil and then another application immediately after. No creams work for me.

thanks for the tips! Sometimes my eczema gets really watery, and irritated, but after using all natural organic coconut oil, it has not only healed the rash itself, but also the after mark, or scar left behind.

@Prime Physique Nutrition- Have you read the ingredients list on the Calendula Cream you recommend in this video...? It contains olive oil which you have said breaks down the skin barrier....

Hi Abby, I have a problem with having eczema on my scalp. Tried some steroid medicines so far but they are not so helpful - first of all I have long, thick hair which do not let greasy medicines to even touch the skin. I've found some shampoos for people with atopic dermatits but I see no difference. I was wondering if you possibly could help me with searching something that might bring me some relief :) Today I'm going to buy an organic shampoo with tea tree oil, but maybe you have heard about some other OTC cures? I'm so worried that if I will not find anything I'll have to cut my hair :( Thank you for the Prime Physique Nutrition channel - it's very helpful!

Hi Abby, THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH for posting all these super helpful vids! You're adorable, have a great speaking voice, & I'm so glad you're using it to help us Eczema sufferers out!! Now, may I PLEASE ask a small but huge favor? If you make more vids (or are ever up to editing these), could you PLEASE pause all your subscript for at LEAST 5 - 6 seconds so that most of us could actually READ them? Sorry! I hate to "nit-pick" but your vids are SO Good, they could only become totally AWESOME if we users didn't have to constantly put down our forks or mugs & pause, then rewind, then pause, then rewind repeatedly until we can actually read all your helpful tips & notes! I'm NOT a "slow reader," and yet I always only get thru half of your subscripts before they vanish! Very frustrating on the user's end. Also, if I dare ask just ONE more favor (Truly, w/just these small polishing touches, your vids are going to be positively EXCEPTIONAL!), I'd so much rather hear YOU in the foreground, & the cheerful music in the background - rather than the other way around! Thanks for your hard work, your time, & consideration of these fine-tuning requests! :)

Yes to both!! :) Thank you for your great feedback. I made these videos so long ago and I have now started to make the background music less loud in my current videos (or at least I hope it appears that way!) ;)

Wash your hair/scalp thoroughly with warm water (no soap if youre overly sensitive to water), Massage castor oil on your scalp, do an allergy test with your doctor or specialist & then avoid what youre allergic too. You can use unrefined coconut oil if you cannot find castor oil. Having eczema is healing from the inside & it takes time to figure out what works for you. Honestly an all natural diet & low meat diet is the way to go. You have to learn what plant based proteins you like. This skin disorder fucking sucks. In simple words you have to eat like a rabbit. Sucks

Cheers for the Video! Apologies for the intrusion, I am interested in your opinion. Have you heard the talk about - Franaar Alive Skin Formula (search on google)? It is a good one off product for beating eczema without the normal expense. Ive heard some awesome things about it and my cousin got excellent results with it.
