Well why the hell did it take soo long for Nirav Modi to explain his position ? Were their PR agencies sleeping till now ?? If he is innocent as this lawyer claims they should have done a press conference on the very first day when this story was broken and explained all the facts, the brand wouldn’t have taken such beating then. Mr Agarwal you can’t blame PNB for your own incompetence.

The lawyer was sharp and precise. He was also one of the lawyer in 2G case from the side of defendants. So people may think how sharp he is and prosecution would have to do lot of hard work becoz the irony in investigations he identified may led to another fiasco like 2G case

I guess bank was requesting Nirav Modi to reduce liability from July to Jan 2018. Because bank executives do accept incentives, Nirav modi black mailing Bank executives. On other hand govt. accepts party fund, because it is legal, Govt. could not be black mailed so the govt. could not tolerate this kind of fraud. Diamond business community and govt. and media chasing him. To discourage further scams like this cases should be filed against all the people involved. Nirav Modi is bad apple for diamond business community.
