@@desire3288 a lot of shows that have LGBTQ+ representation get cancelled on Netflix after one or two seasons, even if it clearly has a lot of potential for further seasons. For example, teenage bounty hunters (which was left on a huge cliff hanger), everything sucks, the society, atypical and loads more. And it isn't because of COVID- most of them were cancelled before COVID was even known.

I actually think this show is really great. I live netflix I have to admit but amazon sometimes really impresses me with shows like this one. To show how young women can be powerful, how they are with all their issues their teenage dramas and all their strengths, to show each problem and how they tried to bond and help each other to see how they can actually collaborate and see also hoe much effort they put into this and connected also off set is so heart warming. They are all amazing and actually I agree with one of them when she says she sees parts of her in each one of the girls. I m like her. And it is so great to be able to relate to at least one of them and know we are not alone. Society now adays is not easy and even though shows aren t always representing reality and the chances to be in a deserted island are very rare they do show reality here . And it is so great. As Leah said "being a teenager and living in America is the real nightmare" on the pilot if I remember right. And I agree with her. Well I live I Italy but the fact is that actually the difficult part comes from living real life in our country and be part of the society, meet some kind of expectations and so on. The things these characters are afraid or scared of and the dramas they have basically...I m saying that they do represent us and that can help a lot of us. So thanks very much to the creators the actresses and prime video ❤
