About:

As a malayali I never watch malayalam dubbed movies while watching movies from other states. I always watch the original version with english subtitles. If people could learn to do that the world of cinema that opens up is immense. I would recommend the people from other states watching malayalam movies to also do the same. The voice modulation of Fahad Faasil is one of the key factors that make this movie entertaining to watch. It would be lost on dubbing.

Agree! Most of the times, dubbing kills the beauty of the original movie. I have seen many great Malayalam movies with English subtitles, and I must say. Either the movie should be dubbed in the best possible way to keep the intensity of dialogues and fun factor intact, or it mustn't be dubbed at all. When it comes of Hindi dubbing artist for FaFa, only two names come to my mind, Ninad Kamat and Rajesh Khattar.

Dubbed version does not make sense for this movie. The movie;s essense if Ranga's accented Malayalam and the Kannada words he uses. Unless it is contextualised for the local audience, how would you incorporate that in a dub? It will spoil the fun from the movie. So, instead of dub they could try remake with local flavor but will it have the same impact with different actors and music- that's another question.
