What i feel is the makers of the series spoiled the character of Sandeep bhaiyya. Although Abhilash was shown as self centred person and took everything for granted,he behaved maturely and at the end of the series he made conditions win-win for both businessman and workers. Sandeep bhaiya may be wrong in short term..abhilash may be right in long term. Here, Aspirants Series teaches us.. about managing personal and professional work life, then it becomes really important that we understand, that not everyone needs your explanation or your sympathy but there will SOME persons in your life your true friends, family who definitely needs your unasked explanation..otherwise there begets bitterness in relationship. Here abhilash was not sure plus he rarely explained himself to his closed ones starting from Dhairya, then Guri then SK then Sandeep Bhaiya and atlast Deepa. He didn't need to explain his conduct or his decisions to factory owner or labourers but he definitely could have talked about this to his closed friends who were actually involved in good faith then matter would not have escalated. Ofcourse way of telling is also very important. Huge lesson for everyone here.

Abhilash could've handled the situation way better if he used EQ instead of IQ. The senior officer was willing to let go the riot issue with Sandeep bhaiya as Sandeep bhaiya hadn't instigated it and just did his duty, it was the business man who took actions that caused the riot. But Abhilash suggested repeatedly that there should be an inquiry. And during that enquiry he treated Sandeep bhaiya very poorly. He made it seem to everyone that he was with the businessman rather than Sandeep. I know he got all the things sorted out for Rampur in the end but the ends don't justify the means.

It did justify the means . As a civil servant they can't take emotionally rash decisions . At the end , nobody was harmed and the worked got their salary doubled . Do you think Sandeep could have doubled their salaries with his immature approach of threat instead of mutual cooperation ?
