Just found this peg trigger and it is a game changer. Good work on these videos. Here is a request for another trap application as you mentioned. This trap is up a tree or pole. Several good reasons to do that at times. So in example cutting down a smaller but tall dead tree where it can easily be propped back up after a trap is set toward the top of the tree for birds and tree critters. My best trap currently requires using a scotch eye hand auger and there is a lot of room for improvement. I am thinking of making a version of your Rodent Smasher2 on a knocked out plank utilizing the auger. Should be a totally portable trap that will last for years. Cheers!

I've watched a few of your videos now, you need to learn the "Alpine Butterfly Loop" knot to replace all those overhand loops. It is a climber's knot that provides a static loop, that can be untied easily no matter how much tension it is put under, and doesn't compromise line strength. One of its advantages is that you can tie it mid-line without having to access the ends of the line. Lots of how to tie it videos are available on YT.

Taking way too much time and uses way too much paracord or bankline. You are polluting the trap area with your scent tree by taking so long to set ot

That happens when people show traps and never trapped anything in their life

I somewhat understand the trigger but presentation was for showing, not teaching. Maybe that's by design I don't know.

Yeah, it was just more of a demonstration. I need to get back to doing some of the tutorial videos on these.

Probably heard this 1000 times, but your volume levels are way off. Can't hear you speak, turn it up, then your theme music blows up the house. Consider this when editing. Thx

Hey… Thanks so much for watching, and for your feedback! I did this video quite a while ago. I have made those adjustments in my newer videos. Much appreciated!
