The Bonda community, living on the hill tops of Malkangiri district of Odisha, is considered very dangerous. It is told about these tribals that they do not like to meet outsiders. If any outsider goes to their area, then these tribals can attack him.But we got a rare chance to spent many days and nights with these tribals. During this period, one evening we got a chance to cook and eat with the Bonda women. This video is very special in itself because this is probably the first time that an outsider along with the Bonda women entered their kitchen.
ओडिशा के मलकानगिरी ज़िले की पहाड़ी चोटियों पर बसे बोंडा समुदाय को काफ़ी ख़तरनाक माना जाता है. इन आदिवासियों के बारे में बताया जाता है कि वो बाहरी लोगों से मिलना जुलना पसंद नहीं करते हैं. अगर कोई बाहरी आदमी इनके इलाक़े में जाता है तो उस पर ये आदिवासी हमला कर सकते हैं. लेकिन हमने इन आदिवासियों के साथ कई दिन और रात बिताए. इस दौरान एक शाम बोंडा औरतों के साथ खाना बनाने और खाने का मौक़ा मिला. इस एपिसोड में उस शाम के नज़ारे और बातें आप देख सकते हैं. यह वीडियो अपने आपमें बेहद ख़ास है क्योंकि यह शायद पहला मौक़ा है जब बोंडा महिलाओं के साथ किसी बाहरी व्यक्ति ने उनकी रसोई में प्रवेश पाया.
