Yeah... I was looking forward to a medieval game. I had high hopes for Mortal Online, but that was crap for a lot of reasons. Then there's Renown which maybe eventually will turn into an actual game. I even tried Outlaws of the Old West and it had potential, but Devs gave up on it. Would love a Rust style game that's swords / bows that doesn't completely suck. I had high hopes for this update. Even a western style game would be fun, but I really like sword fights.
