Quick tips for you guys when using charcloth just keep blowing until you see a flame it's not going to light right away and also when you need to make more charcloth stab a hole in your altoids tins so all the gas and fumes can leave and if there's no flames or smoke coming from the hole of the tin then it's a good sign that the charcloth is done.

Just a tip for you guys when breaking pieces off instead of hitting the novacite or whatever your using on/into your leg try hanging it off and swing through it will keep pressure off the underside of your stone allowing for longer pieces to fracture off. that's just how it was explained to me

If the woods been on wet ground that's probably more steam than smoke. Hog ribs aren't as gamey as you would think and it tastes very good when you bbq or grill it like you are. To help with the steam set wood that you aren't burning next to and around where you are burning and the heat will dry it out making it less steamy
