This is fake, he has help during the cuts and those bricks aren't naturally made. Nature bricks tend to have random cracks and air bubbles. Those were clearly all identical and they were industrially manufactured. Plus the wood for the roof was also too round and perfect which is why they never showed where he got it from.

They had added to their home each time they had a child. 5 births later I witnessed them adding on a family room with the 1st sliding glass doors in Espanola Valley. In the corner of the room, they built a rounded wood-fired open oven. It took all summer to dry the bricks by turning them every few days. All of this is fake, but you have to give it to them for being smart. I'm pretty sure I could hear wood saws in the back ground at some point so they probably have a workshop thing near by. All the wood for the roof was new and stripped perfectly as well xD It would be extremely hard for one person do all that 2 days, So I'm sure they have a few people helping off camera. If it was this quick and easy to build/make bricks I'm sure we would see others with perfect bricks back in history instead of hay and cow shit xD. If anyone believes this is 100% real they are really gullible and un-educated to be honest. But overall, its fun to watch so I get why everyone likes this kind of stuff.
