The PRIMO pump with a carrying handle can have the gasket inside removed and it showed in a you tube video that it can be tightened.

I refill at a local Walmart. Sometimes I will bring them to a food lion.

The bottles at my local Walmart and Food Lion are already premade. Uugghhh that means I'm not sure if the bottles are properly cleaned when turned back in.

Did the american made water jugs work with the dispenser?

Mine do. But there is always a little bit of water left in the bottom of the jugs. I use a funnel to dump the left over water into the new jug.

I recently cleaned it for the 1st time using white vinegar. I found a video with step by step instructions on how to do it and how to mix the cleaning solution. I can’t remember if it was on KZbin or the primo water site. It was pretty simple to do and took me about 30 minutes. I cleaned it after I started noticing a weird taste.

Mine sucks the water up from the bottom. If it was one that is upside down on top, it wouldn’t fit

I have a 3 gallon water bottle who’s neck isn’t long enough for my water dispenser, why would they make it like that?!

I'm trying to know what kind of handle is the Primo one because there are some minor differences from different manufacturers. They look the same from outside but some have a protruding part on the side that touches the bottle. I think it serves as an additional hook for better security. I would send you photos of this example but I think KZbin filters out comments with links.

It’s the primo water. I think they use reverse osmosis.

Just doing the same, I did install a waterdrop ro system under my sink and added a line with a shutoff so I can fill my bottles, I only have the 2 bottles on order though, haven’t tried it all yet.

Are you talking about the lids? You pull the little tab on it and it comes right off.
