@@flattttttttttt Raiko Horikawa. She's the Extra Stage boss for Touhou Kishinjou: Double Dealing Character (Touhou 14 for short). It's a bullet hell game. She's a living Taiko drum who also happens to manipulate lightning. Her theme is called Primordial Beat ~ Pristine Beat and is mostly comprised of percussion with trumpets and synth to accentiate the melody. Also she is one of the toughest bosses in the entire franchise, only surpassed by Evil Eye Sigma, Gengetsu, Yukari, Clownpiece, Hecatia and Koishi (pretty much the Touhou hall of infamy); she has a ton of brutally dense bullet patterns and massive, weirdly shaped hitboxes, and some of her attacks require you to move to the rhythm of the song. She's the only boss to ever make use of her theme during gameplay.

Who is Raiko you ask? I gonna answer that question. Raiko is a Taiko Drum, she was an old Taiko Drum that become alive thanks to the Miracle Mallet of Sukuna, so she became a Tsukumogami( a youkai object) but she know that the power of the Mallet would rum out so she start to grab energy of modern batterist of the prsent world , that why she look modern. So she doesnt need the power of the mallet anymore. You fight her in touhou14 DDC in the extra stage hearing this theme, with her thundering attacks , explosive drmus and her ability to make everything have a rythim. Her plan is to make the Tskumogami to use there own power instead of the maalet to live, she is good. Almost everytime she fight, she creates a thundercload to fight. Right now she is part of the primsrivwr sisters.
