yeah i think they should have maybe made that option the cheapest rather than the most expensive. i think in that way, kzarka/offin/dande gain more relevancy after the blackstar took the spotlight for the longest time.

I almost have enough caphras to c20 a boss weapon, so I'm eyeing to craft a second sovereign weapon using this method. The remaining question is how expensive the gem of twilight will be, or how easy it will be to acquire I think this route, albeit the most expensive, will appeal to players who really don't like enhancing, or those that don't want to spend silver buying a V blackstar and don't mind grinding out caphras

Its obvious. Its the only method non reliant on cron stones. So they make it more expensive artificially via the gem

When will this update be live?

Aug 7th confirmed date for Korea for Land of Morning Light Seoul, and then they said Fall 2024 for global release, so either September, October, or November. As for the Free PEN Blackstar, that is expected to come this coming maintenance.

Do you already have a PEN BS MH? If you were planning to pick up another PEN BS MH to upgrade to the sovereign weapons, they won't be here until fall so that's like 3 months away. You can replace your TET godr with free pen bs awakening for easy stats now, and either sell the TET Godr, or upgrade it to PEN to prepare for sovereign weapons in 3 months.
